These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Amazing Cleaner Canberra. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Amazing Cleaner Canberra provides residential and commercial cleaning services including end of lease cleaning, bond cleaning, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and contract cleaning.
2. Bookings and Quotes
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition and size of the property.
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
3. Payments
Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via Bank Account, PayID or Cash.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If access is not provided at the scheduled time, the service may be cancelled and a fee may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking details
- Ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available
- Securing fragile or valuable items
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver high quality service. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours.
We will arrange a re-clean where appropriate.
8. Liability
We take care when delivering our services. However:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
- We are not liable for normal wear and tear
- Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
9. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if the environment is unsafe or poses a risk to our staff.
10. Changes to Services
We may update or modify our services and terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
